Terms of Service

By accessing or using BillKoala's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users of BillKoala, including free and paid plan subscribers.

BillKoala provides AI-powered invoice management services, including: - Invoice creation and delivery via chat (Telegram, email, web chat, API) - Email inbox crawling for incoming invoice processing - Automated payment reminders - Integration with third-party accounting and payment services - Web dashboard for invoice management We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

To use BillKoala, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

You agree not to: - Use BillKoala for any unlawful purpose - Send fraudulent invoices or misrepresent financial information - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Interfere with the proper functioning of the service - Resell or redistribute the service without authorization - Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

BillKoala and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BillKoala and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all invoice data, client information, and business data you input into the service.

BillKoala is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data before account termination. We provide data export functionality through the web dashboard and API.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna, Austria. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
